WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT A BOOK CLUB?
Everybody seems to belong to a book club...except me. I love to read but every time I think that I might want to join one, the title of the book is announced and I'm just not interested in that particular book. My time is too precious to read a book that I don't care anything about so I never join.
What is the attraction for you? Is it the company or the discussion?

The company, totally. You know how women are - we discuss the book for a good 5 minutes, then anything BUT the book for 2 hours. It's NICE.
I like the company AND the discussion. I don't always love the book chosen, either. I usually at least TRY to give it a go, though. If I don't like it, I don't finish it. And on the upside, I've read lots of books that I probably wouldn't have chosen myself, but that I ended up really enjoying.
