FIBS YOUR MOM TOLD YOU...
In honor of moms, let's take a moment to recall all the little fibs moms tell.According to the Web site Mothers Day Central, there a quite a few:
1. Cracking your knuckles will give you arthritis.
2. If you shave your hair, it will grow back thicker.
3. Sitting too close to the television will ruin your eyes.
4. You'll catch a cold if you go outside.
5. If you don't wash behind your ears, potatoes will grow there.
6. If you swallow a watermelon seed, it will grow inside your stomach.
7. If you swallow gum, it'll stay there for seven years.
8. Drinking coffee will stunt your growth.
9. Eating carrots will help you see better in the dark.
10. Playing with a frog will give you warts.
What little fibs did your parents tell you? What little fibs do you tell your children?

Can't type... arthritis in knuckles is too bad! My Mom warned me.
The biggest one she told me was "this hurts me more than it does you."
I always heard that popping my knuckles would make them larger.
I was never told that it'd hurt them more that me. EVERYBODY knows that's a fib.
What fibs do you tell your own kids?
You can do anything you want to!
Come on! Seriously? I have two boys... they can't both be president!
She told me she knew I was going to do something before I would do it. Now come on - how in the world could she know that. haha
